An airplane crashed into a chemical building on the property of Key Security Systems in Lakeland, Florida.
-
And yes there is a risk of explosions in the area.
I was living at Sheriff Crows property in the 1990s when the place was owned by Breed.
I think the year was 1994 when there were 3 explosions. Each one was about a week after the other. The explosions were loud and shook my windows. But only 2 of the explosions were reported in the news. My neighbor Gordon Anderson was a manager at Breed and said a man was injured in one of the explosions. The man had serious injuries and it would be a long time before he would be healed.

Lakeland Fire Department Crews Continue to Monitor Plane Crash Site
Lakeland firefighters and workers from American Compliance Technologies, a cleanup crew, cleared the area Friday afternoon after a night of monitoring and drenching chemical canisters to avoid any explosions at an industrial building occupied by Key Safety Systems, 5300 Allen K. Breed Highway, officials said.
